長毛兔一般每3個(gè)月采毛1次。采毛后1個(gè)月被毛很短，兔體熱量散發(fā)多，采食量也大；第2個(gè)月兔毛生長快，需要充足的營養(yǎng)；第3個(gè)月兔毛生長趨緩，但身上的毛比較長，體熱散發(fā)大幅度下降，食欲自然也就不好，在夏天尤其明顯。所以，剪毛后l～2個(gè)月，尤其在寒冷的冬天，每天應(yīng)供給150～100g配合精料和充足的青草。
